As the time for birth approaches we prefer to keep our queens in the house permanently. We place birthing box's around the house until the queen has identified the one she wants (usually in our bedroom!) After the birth kittens spend approx 2 weeks in the place they were born and then they are transferred downstairs so they can learn vital socialising skills. They are exposed to all the usual household noises such as the Hoover, dog and TV. From the age of two - eight weeks we introduce as many new people to them as possible so they get use to handling.

We invite new owners to visit us any time to see how we look after our cats and raise our beautiful kittens!
